Millo

Street artist Millo was born Francesco Camillo Giogino in Italy. He creates murals made of monochrome black and white lines, mostly spanning multiple floors. He sometimes adds a splash of color to his works to make his childlike creatures appear more vibrant.

Millo’s innocent and childlike-looking giants are often captured in playful situations amidst urban landscapes, exploring their surroundings. The architectural element in his work is a result of his architectural studies. Therefore, it’s not surprising that many of the creatures even interact with the surrounding architecture.

With his works, Millo seeks to portray the purest side of humanity: the joy and play that we seem to lose as we grow up. He never actually intended to become an artist, but during his studies he was so surrounded by painting that he became addicted to it.
